30th at 9:36 p.m., police took a report of a silver Dodge Grand Caravan on Central Ave which had been keyed. Coolabugh received a citation of public drunkenness. Coolbaugh was arrested for pu8blic drunkenness and transported to Mifflin County Correctional Facility. When police arrived they discovered a white female, identified as Jasmine Marie Coolbaugh, stumbling and falling over in the street. 30th at 5:06 p.m., police responded to the intersection of Chestnut and Depot Street for a report of an unconscious person. Negron Rios will be charges will Violation of the PFA and resisting arrest. Negron Rios fled from officers leading them on a foot persuit starting from behind 203 E Third Street ending behind STAX Fitness Center where officers apprehended him. Officers discovered Negron Rios has a PFA order prohibiting him from the property. 22nd at 5:42 p.m., police responded to a domestic report at 203 E Third Street in Lewistown involving Jose Emanuel Negron Rios. Belfiore’s vehicle was removed by Parsons Towing. The accident involved two vehicles, one belonging to Jacob Swartz, the other belonging to Pauline Belfiore. 22nd at 1:54 p.m., police responded to a reportable vehicle accident on the 1st block of N Wayne St. Sticker was cited for an incident0 involving damage to unattended vehicles, careless driving, and duties at stop signs. Spicker admitted to hitting the parked car and fleeing the area. Officers reviewed nearby video surveillance and identified the vehicle and the driver as Ryan Spicker. A witness saw a black Jeep hit an unoccupied parked car and the driver of the Jeep proceeded to flee the area. 14th at 9:00 p.m., police responded to a report of a hit and run located at 39 Spanogle Avenue in Lewistown. A citation was filed through the district court. 1st at 12:00 AM, police arrested David Christian, a 31 year old male from Washington, New Jersey for damaging an exterior door at 3rd Street and Market Street in Port Royal Borough. The crash occurred at the sharp turn next to St. 4th, police responded to a crash that occurred on West River Road in Walker Township. Charges were filed through Magisterial District Judge, Tracy Powell Markle. Upon arrival, the two Troopers were assaulted by James Casey, a 22 year old male from Mifflintown, Pennsylvania. 4th at 8:52 AM, police responded to a report of an out of control male on Casey Lane in Walker Township. ¯Assault Bodily Injury No Weapon – On Jan. Police discovered known and unknown controlled substances in the motor vehicle. The police were granted a search warrant after gaining suspicion of drug possession. Both suspects were from Altoona, Pennsylvania. 4th at 5:13 PM, police arrested a 32 year old female and a 59 year old male on US22 W in Walker Township.
